Collaboration

Distributed Data Collection

  • Data entry distributed across multiple clients, suppliers, or service counterparties
  • Automatic real-time synchronization
  • Permission control and full auditing
  • PCAF declaration requests per counterparty, in Collections: the company answers once, and the bank reads the declaration beside the exposure, in Financed emissions (PCAF)

Import

Counterparty and exposure import

Load counterparties and the exposures of each portfolio from CSV files, with a preview before anything is saved and a record of every run.

  • A counterparties file, with the CNPJ and, where available, the ESG contact; and an exposures file, with CNPJ, operation, currency and amount (gross carrying amount, before the loss allowance).
  • Preview before confirmation: the import starts only when you confirm it.
  • Each row is processed on its own. Rejected rows are recorded with the reason, the others go ahead, and each run’s log can be exported as CSV.
  • The data a company declares itself is recorded in Indicadores, where Excel spreadsheets can be pasted and reviewed line by line.

Plan your workflow

Who uses portfolio management?

Financial institutions and investment managers that need to connect exposures, counterparties and socio-environmental information. Companies provide data; the institution sets the scope of analysis and retains responsibility for decisions.

What data should we prepare?

Start with counterparty and exposure records, economic activities, amounts and reference dates. Establish applicable criteria and collection, review and approval responsibilities before requesting documents.

What does the workflow produce?

An organized basis for tracking requests, evidence and exposure classifications. The quality of the analysis depends on data coverage, criteria versions and review of the results.

How do we plan implementation?

Choose an initial portfolio, use cases and data sources. Use the demonstration to discuss access permissions, integrations and the review process your team needs.
