Enverium is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our platform.
2. Information We Collect
We collect different types of information, including:
Registration Information: Name, email, company, Tax ID, and other information provided during registration.
Usage Data: Information about how you use the platform, including pages visited and actions taken.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and other technical information.
Environmental Data: Socio-environmental management information entered into the platform.
3. Use of Information
We use the collected information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, as well as to develop new features and functionalities for the Enverium platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to what is necessary for the provision of our services.
Internationally transferred data is protected by standard contractual clauses and the privacy policies of each provider, in compliance with Chapter V of Brazil's LGPD.
You may request detailed information about the sharing of your data at any time, as provided in Art. 18 of the LGPD, through our contact channels.
5. Cookies
Enverium uses cookies exclusively for user preferences, platform functionality, and aggregate usage analysis. We do not use cookies for advertising, cross-site tracking, or behavioural profiling.

Why we do not display a cookie consent popup: all cookies used are for user preferences or aggregate analytics — none are used for advertising or cross-site behavioural tracking. Under Brazil's LGPD (Art. 7, IX — legitimate interest), strictly functional and aggregate analytics cookies do not require prior consent when no sensitive personal data is processed and the data subject is informed transparently, as in this policy.

6. Subscribing to Enverium Insights
Subscribing to the weekly digest uses your email address and becomes active when you submit the form, without email confirmation. We record the subscription source and notice version, the editions sent and their delivery status. Emails are sent on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. Brasília time.
Enverium maintains the list. Resend receives the data needed to deliver the emails. We do not track opens or clicks for this list. You can unsubscribe using your email app’s unsubscribe button, the link in the email or by entering your address on our unsubscribe page; we keep a record of the cancellation to respect your choice. Submitting the signup form again reactivates a cancelled subscription.
